Kitchen Milestone: 25%

It finally happened! The new appliances arrived!!

I know it is like three weeks late, but it still feels like Christmas morning. The best part is that the appliances were purchased with our Home Depot rebate from the heater and AC, so we are not out of pocket anything! 

That means project Kitchen remodel is now a fourth of the way to complete. 

As a reference point, here were the old appliances that came with the house. 

It was blah, too wide, too large, and it made weird gurgling noises.

This oven always reminded me of the one from Brave Little Toaster. Also, it refused to get clean.

And now, the afters:

This one is more oven from Beauty and the Beast.

Ta-Da! This one actually fits in the kitchen!

Here's what we have done so far:

• Fridge
• Oven
• Dishwasher makeover
• Paint

Here's what is left:

• Quartz counter tops
• Grey subway tile back splash
• Installing soffit cabinets
• Putting frosted glass into some of the cabinets
• New cabinet pulls 

I can't get started fast enough!
